DUBAI, UAE -( ASIA TODAY )- Beautyworld Middle East, the largest international trade fair for beauty products, hair, fragrances and wellbeing in the region, has announced that the upcoming edition in May will feature Elements. Coming all the way from New York, Elements is a customised fragrance and design show which has established itself as the premier U.S. meeting ground for industry leaders, buyers and brands within the niche fragrance category.

As part of its ongoing strategy to increase the trade fair’s special features, Beautyworld Middle East is joining hands with Elements. The Elements showcase in Dubai will be the first international show of its kind. Elements will feature key clients who will highlight a range of elite products, predominantly in the fragrance category.

Positioned within the Beautyworld Middle East Boutique, a dedicated section devoted to premium, niche products, the Elements
showcase will feature a number of top tier brands including Cire Trudon, Illuminum, Bond No. 9, LegartForschungsatelier, Yosh, Atelier Flou, Nuhi and Mona di Orio, to name a few.

The fragrance market continues to grow across the region - according to Euromonitor International, official knowledge partner for Beautyworld Middle East, it is expected to be worth US$33.4 million in 2016 in the UAE alone. Niche brands will play a significant role in this growth as consumers seek out statement scents which express individuality.

Ahmed Pauwels, CEO of Epoc Messe Frankfurt, organiser of Beautyworld Middle East, said: “We are delighted to be hosting Elements at Beautyworld Middle East. We are sure the Elements showcase will be a successful addition to the show’s offerings and expect it to be met with great interest when it takes place in Dubai in May.”

Already established in the US and Europe, consumers in the Middle East market have recently developed a growing interest in the niche category. This has lead to an increased smattering of dedicated areas within large retail stores, boutiques and concept stores in the region, presenting the ideal opportunity for the Elements expansion.

Frederick Bouchardy, Elements co-founder, said: “Dubai is the perfect intersection of buyers and media from Europe, Asia and, of course, the Middle East. We have invited an extremely limited number of top tier brands. Our path of innovative expansion begins in just two months.”

This will be the sixth instalment of one of the world’s most exciting events and trade shows for scented design objects and products pertaining to the apothecary and beauty universe. Elements Dubai will feature outstanding newcomers and established collections from across the world and will be an art fair-inspired aesthetic, Elements visitors have come to expect.

Beautyworld Middle East 2013 will feature a wide range of international brands, innovations, developments and trends in the industry. The event is expected to attract buyers, retailers, distributors and beauty industry professionals from around the world, having welcomed visitors from over 100 countries in previous editions.
