Oishii Japan returns to Singapore for the second year as Asia’s first dedicated Japanese F&B showcase to inspire, educate and excite trade members and the public alike with an all-encompassing showcase of food, drinks and related equipment and machinery from all over Japan. To be held from 17 to 19 October 2013 at Suntec Singapore, the three-day event aims to provide a platform for F&B professionals to exchange ideas, discover trends and explore business opportunities.
Oishii Japan caters to F&B professionals, chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, importers and distributors, retailers as well as new business owners and investors in the food business.
The showcase will be open only to members of the trade on 17 and 18 October, and the public can visit the exhibition on 19 October. Visitors can look forward to sourcing and sampling a comprehensive array of authentic Japanese F&B ingredients, fresh and processed food products, alcoholic beverages, prefecture specialities, culinary techniques and equipment as well as discovering the latest industry trends. A series of interactive activities will also be held and they include ‘live’ demonstrations, product presentations, hands-on workshops and business seminars.
