New technology and fashionably designed items are industry trends
Consumers are increasingly focusing on products with new technologies which can make their daily life more convenient and enhance their work efficiency. One such product is the Zcan+ Wireless Scanner Mouse manufactured by Hong Kong company Systech Electronics Ltd. This wireless mouse has a scanning function which allows users to directly scan tables or text and edit them in MS Office. In addition, it can scan newspapers, magazines and books as well as translate text into different languages. “For added convenience, users can also connect with major social media to instantly share their scanned images. Consumers want to work smart and look smart, so adding new technologies to existing products is an industry trend because of the increasing consumer demand,” commented Mr Sam Ng, Business Development Director. “We will showcase our latest products at the Hong Kong International Stationery Fair and hope to promote our brand, products and find new business opportunities at the show because the Asia Pacific market is important to us.”
Stationery items and office supplies with colourful and fashionable designs are becoming more popular. This can be seen at many international stationery chain stores and lifestyle stores such as Kikki.K, Log-On, Loft, Paperchase and Tokyu Hands. At the show, a wide variety of trendy products such as stylishly designed bubble shaped modular containers and a collection of colourful schoolbags will be displayed. Ni Hau Industrial Co Ltd is a Taiwanese design and manufacturing company for stationery and lifestyle products. They will showcase their new series of cute animal-shaped pens with a selection of pastel colours at the show, and they aim to meet international buyers who are looking for long term partnerships. Ms Lyn Chiu, Sales Manager commented: “With the fast changing global market, consumers often change their buying habits and tastes. They want innovative products that can catch their attention and make them smile, and they also appreciate good quality and design.”
The Hong Kong International Stationery Fair will be held concurrently with the HKTDC Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair, the HKTDC Hong Kong Baby Products Fair and the HKTDC Hong Kong International Licensing Show. For further information about the show, please visit www.hkstationeryfair.com.
