Highly Customizable ApeosPort-V C3320 and ApeosPort-V 4020 Suited for Diverse Work Environments

Feature-rich and yet compact, the color ApeosPort-V C3320 and the monochrome ApeosPort-V 4020 have incorporated the latest controller software to enable them to connect with Fuji Xerox’s mobile and cloud services, and provide universal operability and software functions similar to A3 MFDs.
High-Performance Capabilities in Compact Body
As with Fuji Xerox’s A3 MFDs, users can easily view and operate the MFDs via flick or drag gestures on the 7-inch tilt-able touch panel. The ApeosPort-V C3320 takes 20 seconds or less to warm up, while the ApeosPort-V 4020 takes 18 seconds or less, contributing to higher productivity.
Designed to save space and fit anywhere to optimize workflows, the ApeosPort-V C3320 and ApeosPort-V 4020 are measured at 538 millimeters (mm) in width, 553mm in depth, 625mm in height and 37 kilograms (kg) in weight, and at 560mm in width, 541mm in depth, 577mm in height and 26kg in weight respectively.
Mobile and Cloud Connectivity
The range of mobile connectivity options provide users with easy access to printing, scanning, faxing and copying from within and outside the office via Google Cloud Print™, Air Print™ and Print Utility for various mobile platforms.
The devices can also be linked to Fuji Xerox’s Working Folder for users to digitally store scanned documents or upload received faxes automatically. Users can view and edit these digital documents on PCs or smart devices via a web browser or DocuWorks, or share these documents securely with other users.
Expanded Options to Suit Business Needs
By using Fuji Xerox’s Solution Builder, the user interface of the ApeosPort-V C3320 and ApeosPort-V 4020 can be tailored to fit organisation’s digitization needs and streamline users’ workflow.
Build-on software options are available for businesses to create an efficient and secure document managed network and meet their unique requirements. With Fuji Xerox’s Server-less On-Demand Print, the linkage between other Fuji Xerox’s A3 and A4 MFDs on a network without a server is made possible.
By integrating Fuji Xerox’s security solutions, such as the ApeosWare Management Suite and ApeosWare Image Log Management, with the new devices, businesses can take total control of their multifunction devices and printers, including usage, from a central server, thus enhancing data security.
