Tank Storage Asia, the leading bulk liquid storage event for the Asian market, has announced the return of its specialist area for Singapore based companies, called the Singapore Pavilion. This dedicated area, organised by the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF), will form part of the two day show, which returns to Singapore’s iconic Marina Bay Sands on 29 & 30 September 2015.

The SMF has obtained approval from International Enterprise (IE) Singapore, the government agency driving Singapore’s external economy, for companies who exhibit with the Singapore Pavilion at the show, to be covered by the International Marketing Activities Programme (iMAP) funding. The iMAP grants enable eligible Singapore-based companies to receive up to a 50% subsidy, when exhibiting at industry leading events.

Nick Powell, StocExpo & Tank Storage Portfolio Event Director says: “We are thrilled to welcome back the Singapore Pavilion to the show, especially after its huge success last year. It really is fantastic recognition for us to have both the SMF and IE Singapore supporting us. It certainly helps reaffirm our position as the leading tank storage event in the region. It also, most importantly, will help even more Singapore-based companies reach over 1,000 key decision makers, major oil companies, terminal managers, inspection and maintenance personnel, tank engineers and technicians, who will all be heading to the show.”

The grants on offer will likely encourage an even wider range of innovative new suppliers from Singapore to exhibit at the show. These organisations will bring new technologies, concepts and ideas, strengthening and reinforcing Tank Storage Asia’s position as the most important and dynamic industry event for the region. The show has already signed up 52 exhibitors, which is a 50% increase on this stage last year.

Many of these will be using Tank Storage Asia as the platform to launch new technologies or make major announcements to an international audience. The leading names spanning the entire tank storage supply chain that have already signed-up for the event include Emco Wheaton, Emerson Process Management, Fort Vale, Kanon Loading Equipment, Loadtec and Omnivalve.

The Tank Storage Asia 2015 exhibition will run alongside an educational two day paid-for conference, where 20 leading authorities in the bulk liquid storage sector will be discussing many of the region’s critical issues, including falling oil prices, storage developments in Greater Singapore and extending the life of a tank.

Tank Storage Asia takes place on 29 & 30 September at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. For more information on visiting the exhibition, booking as a delegate for the conference or becoming a media partner, please call +44 (0)20 8843 8800 or visit the event website: www.tankstorageasia.com.
