The 2015 show was held from 13 – 15 May at Beijing’s New China International Exhibition Center.

Organised by Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai) Co Ltd and Beijing B & D Tiger Exhibition Co Ltd, the fair attracted a record-breaking 1,119 exhibitors from 21 countries and regions and 46,836 visitors from 50 countries and regions this year, resulting in a 12% and 13.6% increase respectively from 2014. The top 10 visiting countries and regions include Korea, Russia, Italy, Mongolia, Turkey, Germany, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Iran.

Commenting on the success of the fair, Mr Richard Li, General Manager, Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai) Co Ltd, noted: “One of the highlighted themes at the 2015 edition is intelligent technologies. With the Chinese government’s implementation of the Internet Plus strategy, many exhibitors at the fair showcased their latest intelligent HVAC products and solutions, particularly within the smart home and building automation sectors. Evolving closely with market trends, ISH China and CIHE is constantly broadening its product range. I am confident that the show will continue to serve as a first-choice platform in Asia and showcase more diversified products.”

Mr Li Hongbo, General Manager, Beijing B & D Exhibition Co Ltd remarked: “This year, the show covers a whopping 90,000 sqm of exhibition space, a 5.9 % increase compared to last year. Furthermore, I am also extremely pleased with the visitor results we achieved this year, especially for the newly added hall E4, which was dedicated to comfort living and new energies. I believe the fair will keep growing, and continue to attract more visitors worldwide.”

Pavilion participation adds value to the show by bringing companies to showcase their innovative products and technologies. Italian pavilion supporter, Mr Antonino Laspina, Trade Commissioner for the Italian Trade Commission (ICE), noted: “With the Chinese market demanding products with higher build quality, the Beijing fair acts as a gateway for Italian companies to tap the increasing needs for high-quality and technologically-innovative products.”
