Ricoh Malaysia and NASSION Systems combine IT and Managed Document expertise to deliver added value to consumers
Kuala Lumpur, 1 July 2015 – Ricoh (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., a leader in total office and business solutions, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of NASSION Systems, a TM Elite Partner Best Sales for 2014, award-winning ICT managed and telecommunication service provider.
NASSION Systems specialises in managing ICT infrastructure, providing telecommunication solutions, as well as strong support with a Network Operations Centre (NOC). Their services include providing network infrastructure connectivity, data centre security solutions, corporate Wide Area Network (WAN) and internet access connectivity, as well as technical support.
The synergistic acquisition blends the strengths of both companies to enhance Ricoh’s current range of IT Services and solutions through collective research, creativity and innovation, to bring forth improved Managed Services solutions tailored to corporate and Small Medium Businesses (SMB).
Following the acquisition, Mr. Peter Wee, Managing Director of Ricoh (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. shared his vision to expand Ricoh’s Managed Services Solutions by turning it into a nationwide premier service provider in the industry.

Ricoh Malaysia was also recently awarded the Applications Service Provider (ASP) Class License by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), granting the office and business solutions industry giant the ability to provide telecommunication facilities as well as services to the market.
