SINGAPORE--MediaOutReach--15 October 2012--Pacnet, a leading provider of integrated network and technology solutions in Asia Pacific, today announced the appointment of Jim Fagan, Andy Lumsden, and Cardi Prinzi as President of Managed Services, Chief Technology Officer, and President of Enterprise Markets, respectively.

These senior hires are connected to the new strategic plan announced separately today. As part of that plan, Chief Executive Officer Carl Grivner has recruited several additional industry experts to join Pacnet's already strong senior leadership team.

"Jim, Andy, and Cardi each bring significant experience and unique qualifications to their respective roles that are critical for Pacnet's evolution," said Mr. Carl Grivner, Chief Executive Officer. "They are all proven leaders with impressive track records of implementing and managing advanced customer solutions, building networks and technologies, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. I look forward to working with each of them at this pivotal time for our business."

Mr. Fagan joins Pacnet following four years as Managing Director of Rackspace where he established its operations in the Asia Pacific region. To his new role he brings expertise in developing managed and Cloud services as well as data center management, marketing, and sales. His 15 year career includes nine years with Dell as Finance Controller of its Managed Services Business.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Mr. Lumsden returns to Pacnet from Xtera Communications where he was Managing Director for APAC. He will lead efforts to maintain the Company's technology leadership with next generation network platforms and work to deliver the infrastructure for managed services. He joined Global Crossing in 1998 and was also part of the team that built Pacnet's submarine network. Mr. Lumsden replaces Mr. Wilfred Kwan who resigned from Pacnet to pursue other interests.

Mr. Prinzi brings 22 years of executive level experience in marketing, sales, and product management to Pacnet. He joins the Company after three years at EarthLink as Executive Vice President of Marketing for EarthLink Business and President of New Edge Networks. He previously worked in the Asia Pacific region as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing with data center service provider Pihana Pacific and briefly with Equinix following a merger of the two companies in 2003.
