Seldom are so many prospects and so much capital packed into such limited space and time as this Oct. 6-9 in Taipei. It's all about linking the power of E-spending in the Asia-Pacific Region, which accounts for 37% of all global E-commerce trade.
To make it happen three E-com events come together; Taiwan's first "eCommerce Expo Asia", the "Asia eCommerce Forum" and "eCommerce Business Day". The trio of TAITRA-organized events offers a super 3-show-in-1 expo to show Taiwan's might as a regional e-commerce platform.
Big e-giants at the show include Google, Facebook, Yandex, Criteo, eGentic, and domestic players like Pchome, UITOX, Appier, Go2Pay and MoBagel. They'll be scouting prospects in the soaring markets of China, Vietnam, Malaysia, India, Japan, Korea and more.
Big Chinese players at the show include the NASDAQ-listed online retail platform JD.com who is eager to import Taiwan food, cosmetics and baby products. They know "eCommerce Expo Asia" links the China retail market worth 1.6 Billion RMB in 2014 e-commerce sales, a rise of 59.4% on the previous year.
And India's second largest private enterprise; Reliance Industries (158th on the 2015 Fortune 500 list) also have reps seeking website development, mobile commerce, logistics, and third party payment from Taiwan and the Asia Pacific.
"Cross-Border & Mobile Commerce" is the focus of this year's Asia eCommerce Forum that brings together c-level big brains and trendsetters to reveal their hands-on trade experience and insight. Lots of prospects simmer at eCommerce Business Day which joins Taiwan businesses with purchasers of online retailing platforms. These entrepreneurs possess a wealth of insight at every level of the industry in terms of markets, regulations and support.
"eCommerce Expo Asia" is organized by TAITRA and co-organized by TiEA. It runs Oct. 6-9, 2015 at Taipei NANGANG Exhibition Center, Hall 1 in Taiwan.
