Suncorp Technologies Limited (HKSE:1063), is the exclusive licensee for the Motorola Brand for cordless and corded telephones, fixed wireless telephones for GSM networks, VOIP system phones etc., for the last 6 years and in over 40 countries globally.

With the easing of relationships between CUBA and the USA evidenced by the visit of President Barack Obama to CUBA this week, Motorola Mobility LLC had extended the Company's Motorola license to include CUBA. The board of directors believed that this will create new business opportunities under the Motorola Brand with shipments expected to start within 2016.
