Through this factory visiting tour, they have closer look and get more experience on the productivity, efficiency and knowledge of salt manufacturing and processing, which is very useful for their planning of salt factory construction in Myanmar in the future. In addition to, they also get more helpful information on BIM Group, the total capacity of BIM Salt factory and the Quán Thẻ Salt Farm Project.

“Quán Thẻ Salt Farm Project is the largest salt farm in Southeast Asia with area of 2,500 ha and estimated capacity of 330,000 tons of raw salt every year. I would like to express my gratitude to VEAS, the organizer of Aqua Fisheries Exhibition has created this chance and arranged this visiting tour. I also say thank you to Ninh Thuan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development for all advantages and supports they have provided to us. We are surprised with the development of Ninh Thuan province today. It is quite different from information I researched from Internet. Thanks BIM Salt Manufacturing & Processing JSC with their warm welcome and all careful preparation for our visiting tour today.

From their sharing, we have more worthy knowledge in salt manufacturing and processing, as we are expecting to manufacture refined salt with similar quality in Myanmar, and we are importing Thailand salt for local consumption.”

The visiting tour has closed successfully and this will be first step for connecting and cooperation between BIM Group and Myanmar Fisheries Federation in the near future. This is also the chance to strengthen the relationship between MFF, the official supporter and VEAS, organizer of Aqua Fisheries Myanmar.
