Daniang Dumpling Catering Group Co., Ltd. ("Daniang Dumpling"), one of the largest Chinese fast food restaurant chains, recently announced the appointment of Mr. Douglas DeBoer, former CEO of Domino's Pizza China, as its CEO to lead overall business management and operations.

With a shared vision from CVC, controlling shareholder of Daniang Dumpling, and Mr. Wu Guoqiang, founding shareholder of Daniang Dumpling, the appointment of Mr. Douglas DeBoer as CEO is evidence of Daniang Dumpling's commitment to enhance its professional management systems and further improve its brand and service capabilities. Mr. DeBoer has rich experience and a proven track record in consumer products and consumer services and will contribute positively to reshaping the strategy and further growing Daniang Dumpling.

Mr. Douglas DeBoer is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has studied and lived in China for more than 15 years, and brings extensive knowledge of Chinese consumers and the local market. A career professional in food, consumer products and consumer services, Mr. Douglas DeBoer has previously held leadership positions in marketing and brand strategy in multinationals such as General Mills, Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins, Colgate, and Unilever. From 2008, Mr. Douglas DeBoer served as Senior Vice President of EF Education First, one of the world's largest private education organizations, where he led Operations and Product Strategy for its China Adult English Education division. From 2013 to January 2016, Mr. DeBoer served as CEO and President of Domino's Pizza China, the world's largest pizza delivery chain.
