(Hong Kong, 7 January 2013) BEWG signed an agreement of a supporting infrastructure construction BT project on western of Changdao in Jinzhou Economic Development Zone in Dalian City with the Management Committee of Dalian City Jinzhou Economic Development Zone, Liaoning Province.
The project plan is divided into three phases, in which the planned volume of phase I and II is 47.76 million cubic meter for earthwork. The capital investment of this project is US$100 million, of which US$80 million will be used for reclamation works and US$20 million will be used for relocation works.
After completion and final acceptance of each phase of the project, the Management Committee of Dalian City Jinzhou Economic Development Zone will complete the repurchase of the project within two years, and the Finance Bureau of Jinzhou New Zone Committee has provided its guarantee for such repurchase.
