Wine Innovation Forum
Wine Innovation Forum is a classic and regular event of SIAL WINE WORLD (Paris and soon Brazil!). It offers a professional platform for innovative products and exchange of expertise. Star-studded by keynote speaker: Ms. Jeannie Cho Lee MW, Wine Innovation Forum will definitely bring new perspectives to your wine business and China wine business understanding!
Master of Wine (MW) is considered the highest wine qualification in the world, a title bestowed by The Institute of Masters of Wine in the United Kingdom since 1953. There are only 300 MWs in the world, of which less than 100 are women. Jeannie Cho Lee MW is the first Asian person to obtain this qualification in 2008.
Also SOPEXA will organize the finals of 4th edition of the China National Best Sommelier Competition during the show.
SOPEXA is delighted to organize the 4th edition of the China National Best Sommelier Competition in 2013. This competition brings awareness and prestige to wine professionals in China and also provides a benchmark for the local industry. This comes at a timely period as China’s rising food and beverage standards has been creating more discerning taste buds from savvy consumers – and whilst chefs have been getting the main limelight, the wine professionals are being largely neglected. To see the conditions and to register for the contest, please follow the link: http://club.sopexa.com.cn/email/2013-02-28/cn.html
Be among the privileged ones to witness the selection best sommeliers. Join in the finals on the SIAL WINE WORLD together with a top notch jury panel on the 7th May at Hall N1!
SIAL WINE WORLD will be the most star studded wine event of the year!
