(Singapore, 15 November 2012)- MANKIND: THE STORY OF ALL OF US, the biggest TV event of the year, has secured Standard Chartered Bank as its regional Presenting Sponsor in Southeast Asia. The 6-part series premiered on Wednesday, 14 November at 9pm on HISTORY™, in what was a global premiere on HISTORY channels around the world.
The epic series,which took two years in the making, has acclaimed actor and Oscar nominee, Josh Brolin, as the narrator for the English language version. Datuk Jalaludin Hassan, a Malaysian actor and host of the Malaysian version of ‘Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?’, narrates the Malay language version.
The network has embarked on an aggressive advertising and promotional campaign across a variety of media of which Standard Chartered Bank will be a part of.

Further, by integrating the different sciences, MANKIND will set the standard for “Big History” and how it will be experienced. Through geology, astronomy, meteorology, and physics, the series delves into the forces of nature, exploring human's ability to harness these immense natural powers through engineering, science and innovation to assure their survival.
