Feb. 25, 2015 – For nearly 20 years Asian Attractions Expo has been the premier international event for the multibillion-dollar leisure and attractions industry in the Asia-Pacific region. In 2015, attractions industry professionals will have access to the newest innovations and cutting-edge technology, learn the latest industry information, and engage with colleagues during exclusive tours and events. Officials from the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), which produces the annual trade show and conference, expect more than 7,000 professionals from 65 countries to participate in the event 16-19 June at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Registration will open in February.

Event Is Asia-Pacific’s Leading Industry Business Arena, Classroom, and Gathering Place
Chief executive officers and senior managers of world-renowned theme parks and attractions will gather together with industry visionaries to discover operational and attraction advancements and business-changing ideas and connections.

Companies behind the industry’s most creative innovations and brand new technologies will demonstrate their new products and services across more than 8,500 square meters of exhibition space. More than 5,000 buyers at the event will represent amusement and theme parks, water parks, zoos, aquariums, museums, family entertainment centers, resorts, property development companies, and more. At least 300 international companies will showcase products and services in more than 100 categories representing all aspects of operating an attraction, including roller coasters, dark rides, simulators, water slides, theming and architectural design, games, redemption prizes, ticketing, queue solutions, digital marketing, landscape design, and more.

Top industry leaders will lead education sessions related to safety, operations, marketing, management, and what’s new in the region to include discussion of industry trends and best practices. In addition, participants will gain new insights, make new connections, and reconnect with industry colleagues and friends during a special Opening Night Event at Hong Kong Disneyland. A complete conference schedule including event speakers and tours will be announced in the near future.

“Time spent at Asian Attractions Expo is time well spent,” said IAAPA President and CEO Paul Noland. “Whether discovering advancements, learning from experts, or connecting with industry veterans and new players, attending Asian Attractions Expo is essential to staying abreast of the region’s fast-changing and rapidly growing attractions business.”
