The ninth edition of Asiamold – Guangzhou International Mould & Die Exhibition is scheduled to take place from 15 – 17 September 2015 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou, China. The show organiser has established a partnership with the Guangzhou 3D Printing Technology Industry Alliance to attract more additive manufacturing companies to Asiamold. The fair will continue to provide the latest solutions and technologies for manufacturing-based industries.
The Guangzhou 3D Printing Technology Industry Alliance is a newly established organisation supported by the Guangzhou municipal government. In less than a year, it became one of the leading additive manufacturing industry associations in South China. Some elite members, research institutions and associations include Medprin Regenerative Medical Technologies, ZWCAD Software, Guangdong Xindaya 3D Technology, Guangzhou Shenglong Electronic, Guangzhou Winbo, Electronic Technology of CAS (Guangzhou), Guangzhou Academy of Social Sciences, China Industrial Design Association, Guangdong Industrial Design Association and others.

Prominent companies confirmed to participate
For the 2015 edition, a number of prominent member companies from the Guangzhou 3D Printing Technology Industry Alliance have confirmed their participation at the fair. They include Guangzhou Winbo, Magicfirm, Guangzhou Electronic Technology, Guangzhou Pynetech, Guangzhou Yousu Plastic and others. Furthermore, the alliance will also co-host the second edition of the Guangzhou 3D Printing Industrial Development Summit. They will work closely with the fair organiser to gather some of the sector’s leading players to share news on a variety of current trends.
With just two months before the show, interest from the 3D printing, mould and die community remains strong. To date, over 80% of booth space has already been reserved. Confirmed leading brands include E-Mould, PE Mould, Shanghai Telue, Shanghai Union 3D Technology, Tianjin Vision Sensitive Technology and others. The three-day event is expected to host more than 400 domestic and international exhibitors over an exhibition area of 20,000 sqm. It is predicted that an excess of 20,000 professional buyers ranging from manufacturers and product suppliers to distributors and consumers are to join the fair.
Asiamold is organised by Guangzhou Guangya Messe Frankfurt in cooperation with formnext and Intermold Japan. formnext is Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH’s international exhibition and conference on additive technologies and tool making. The inaugural show will be held from 17 – 20 November 2015 in hall 3 of the Frankfurt exhibition grounds. The next edition of Intermold Japan will be held from
20 – 23 April 2016 at INTEX Osaka.
