The event will be held from September 20 to 22, 2016 at the Oman International Exhibition Center.

The country’s biggest gathering of chefs, Oman Chef’s Competition is aimed to provide professional chefs with the best opportunity to showcase their culinary skills, techniques and styles, thereby raising the overall culinary art to a higher level with excellence and professionalism.
The competition consists of five different categories, namely, Three Tier Wedding Cake, Tapas, Petit Four, Five Course Plated Gourmet Dinner and the Mystery Basket Challenge (Live Cooking) which will be featured for the first time.

Chef Pascal Etienne, president of the OCG, commented: “We are very proud to bring in once again the Oman Chef’s Competition which is now on its seventh year. A jury of senior chefs from the industry will judge the competition”.
