The fourth edition of ISH Shanghai & CIHE – Shanghai International Trade Fair for Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning will open for trade from 23 – 25 September in Hall N4 of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). Co-organised by Messe Frankfurt (Shanghai) Co Ltd, Beijing B&D Tiger Exhibition Co Ltd, Shanghai Zhanye Exhibition Ltd and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) – Shanghai Pudong Sub-Council, the Shanghai fair continues to play an important role in the introduction of the latest individual heating solutions to China’s East and Central regions.
The 2015 edition has confirmed a number of leading domestic and international industry players from China, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Turkey, the UK and the US. These exhibitors will showcase a diverse selection of HVAC products and solutions. Leading global HVAC brands attending include Bozon, Double-lin, Eurohouse, German Pool, GMICÖU, Heatcom, Hengyi, Hexinda, Longyue, Midea, Nbwave, Ott, Purenfort, RHPIPE, Rotex, Squirrel, Willie, Tangdun, Teclic, TianHe, Yilin, Zehnder and others.
An exhibitor looking forward to the show is Mr Xin Haifan, Managing Director of Shanghai Tianhe Smart Home Technology Co. The Shanghai fair continues to play a crucial role in attracting key global industry players because of East and Central China’s growing demands for innovative and energy-efficient HVAC solutions. In addition to the strong offerings from an extensive line-up of exhibitors, the European Pavilion will showcase the latest HVAC technologies and solutions from Europe. The over 500 sqm pavilion consists of nearly 15 prominent European brands such as Aquatechnik, Bode, E.C.A, ELBI, IMAS, Jürgen Schlösser, Kingspan, Magic, Poloplast, Sanica, Solerad, Thermotec and others.
Shanghai International HVAC Forum 2015 focuses on air source heat pump technology
Another fair highlight is the must-attend-concurrent programme. Starting this year, ISH Shanghai & CIHE partnered with the Heat Pump Industry Committee of China Energy Conservation Association, International Copper Association, and Shanghai Society of Refrigeration to organise the Shanghai International HVAC Forum. The forum is not only a professional networking platform for industry players to share insight on relevant issues, but it also aligns with the Chinese government’s target to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and policies for sustainable development. The forum will focus on one of the fastest growing HVAC technologies in East and Central China – air source heat pumps (ASHP). These pumps are known for their energy-saving and environment-friendly qualities.

● “Integrated Application of Capillary Cooling and Heating Technologies” Seminar
Capillary cooling and heating technologies are popular for temperature control in China. To promote these technologies, ISH Shanghai & CIHE teamed up with www.HVAC8.com, a reputable online platform covering the HVAC industry in China, to organise an interactive seminar. The seminar titled “Integrated Application of Capillary Cooling and Heating Technologies” will gather experts on the topic from Shanghai Tongji University and the China Ventilation Mechanical Industry Alliance, as well as specialists from Germany to share the latest market developments and exchange ideas.
● Floor Heating Installation Competition
The Floor Heating Installation competition will showcase top product installation techniques from various floor heating brands. The event is organised by the Radiant Heating and Cooling Committee of China Construction Metal Structure Association and leading Chinese media brands n3.com.cn and dnw.com.cn.
Second Shanghai edition of “Intelligent Green Building – IGB” exhibition platform
The 2015 show will once again be held alongside Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology, the Shanghai International Lighting Fair, Building Solar China, and the inaugural edition of Shanghai Smart Home Technology. Known collectively as the second Shanghai edition of the “Intelligent Green Building – IGB” exhibition platform, these five shows will occupy over 40,000 sqm of exhibition space running from Halls N1 to N4. More than 600 exhibitors and 44,000 visitors are expected to attend and engage in business exchange of total solutions for energy-efficient and sustainable building technologies.
ISH Shanghai & CIHE is headed by the biennial ISH event in Germany which is the world’s leading trade fair for the Bathroom Experience, Building, Energy, Air-Conditioning Technology and Renewable Energies.
